Barrister Miti Sanjana is a founding partner of Legal Counsel. She is also a column writer and an eminent media personality. She is a soft-spoken admirable Person. Usually very smart, sincere, responsible and dedicated indeed. She has come from a highly cultural oriented family and developed her personal values accordingly. She has been highly applauded by her clients for her timely legal services with excellence. While her principal focus is on Corporate & Commercial Laws, Banking Law and Property Laws, she has also been working very closely for furthermore, development of the social causes, as for example gender equality, women empowerment etc. She also practices on Family Law based on Muslim Law and Hindu Law and deals with marriage, divorce, custody, cross-religious marriages as well.

Work Experience
Barrister Miti Sanjana has started her legal career as an intern in one of the most renowned law firms in Bangladesh, Dr. Kamal Hossain & Associates immediately after completing her graduation.
Upon completion of her Bar from the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK, in 2006 she joined as a Junior Associate at Hasan & Associates, the largest corporate law firm of that time. She has gained experience in Banking Law, Company Law, Contract Law, Negotiation etc. with the exposure to a number of local and international clients of the chambers.
In early 2008, Barrister Sanjana joined Orascom Telecom Ltd. (Banglalink) as an in-house counsel. She developed her experience in Telecommunication and ICT Laws, regulatory and other compliance issues. She developed her skills in drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements. She was also involved with legal matters including data privacy, real estate, employment and various forms of corporate litigation's and Writs.
Later that year, Barrister Sanjana joined BRAC Bank Limited, one of the leading private banks of Bangladesh as the Head of Legal and Risk Management Department for a brief period.
In early 2009, she left BRAC Bank Limited and established Legal Counsel as a sole proprietor. Thereafter, the head of chambers, Barrister Omar Khan joined and created a partnership in relation to the Chambers. Legal Counsel now represents more than 500 clients from 30 countries from different parts of the globe.
Barrister Sanjana is currently also a board member of Bangladesh-India Business Council of WICCI.
Miti Sanjana is also an Associate Director of Institute of Conflict, Law and Development Studies. This organization acts as a platform to discuss peace and security issues in Bangladesh. In particular, it aims to improve the connections between policymakers and community members in order to ensure that laws work to protect the population’s rights.

Interview really learn lot more things. I myself inspired and write up and collect information from google and you tube. But not only very essential factor but also learn so many things to do. Specially young girls in Bangladesh whoever in middle class family.
